Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

On July 13 2014 traffic stop in the city of Victorville.

Name of all the deputies who assisted to that stopped on July 13 2014.

Most important the deputies name who arrested and booked Mr Giron Cantor in adelanto holding center

Videos of the arrest, videos of the blood test, why was he denied medical help if they were going to draw his blood?

Does the deputy hold any health care licenses to draw blood is he certify by the state and county to perform such duty .

Police report for this citation.

Copy of the blood test transcripts

In 2019 McDonald Giron Cantor was arrested due to a warrant from the Victorville sheriff department in victorville. The agency who made that arrest was Chino police department and even he requested to be taken to go see the magistrate in which no one from the San Bernardino county sheriff department came or took him?

How come this was never brought out to the attention of a supervisor.

A copy of his booking arrest from the adelanto detantion center.

How long is the plebotomist course that the sheriff department gives to the deputies are they certified by the health department of California and county of San Bernardino.

Re: Public Records Act request #21-1711

Dear McDonald Giron Cantor:

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department (“Department”) has concluded its review of your Public Records Act request.

The type of records you have requested constitute confidential investigative records compiled for law enforcement purposes. Government Code section 6254(f) exempts from Public Records Act disclosure "any investigatory...files compiled by any...local agency for...law enforcement...purposes." These records are exempt from disclosure, whether or not the prospect of enforcement proceedings is concrete and definite (Haynie v. Superior Court (2001) 26 Cal. 4th 1061, 1069; Black Panther Party v. Kehoe (1974) 42 Cal.App.3d 645, 654; Younger v. Berkeley City Council (1st Dist. 1975) 45 Cal.App.3d 825,833; American Civil Liberties Union Foundation v. Deukmejian (1982) 32 Cal.3d 440), and remain protected from disclosure, even after an investigation has concluded. (Williams v. Superior Court (1993) 5 Cal. 4th 337, 355-362.)

Under certain circumstances, some specific information from and/or portions of investigative records can be provided to the victim of an incident, their authorized representative(s), and/or insurance carrier against which a claim has been or might be made. Based on a review of the requested report, it is my understanding that you are listed as the suspect. For the reasons outlined above, your request is respectfully denied.

Sincerely,

San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department
