A message was sent to you regarding record request #23-12643:

Good Afternoon. In order to assist us in fulfilling your request, could you please be more specific about what you mean by "incident reports"?

Also, broad email searches related to Amazon have produced tens of thousands of records because they capture routine purchases by County departments and employees. Each Amazon purchase can produce up to four emails from the amazon.com domain. Each retrieved email would have to be examined to determine which are responsive to your request, which could take several months.

Could you be more specific about the emails you are seeking, perhaps by offering keywords for a search?

Thank you.

Record request #23-12643 has been closed. The closure reason supplied was:

We closed this request after we contacted you requesting that you make a more focused and effective request that reasonably describes an identifiable record or a request that is not burdensome. Specifically, on December 11, 2023, we asked for clarification on your request for "incident reports" and about the emails you are seeking, perhaps by offering keywords for a search. Broad email searches related to "Amazon" have produced tens of thousands of records because they capture routine purchases by County departments and employees. Each retrieved email would have to be examined to determine which are responsive to your request, which would be unduly burdensome to the County..

We are closing this request because as of today you have not responded. If you have any questions please let us know.
