Mr. Wesson,

We have no record of receiving a California Public Records Act (CPRA) request from you on October 4, 2021. Rather, one was received on October 12, 2021, and the one below the following day. I am uncertain why there was this delay. (In the muckrock panel for this request, it shows a request being submitted on October 4, but the actual request message is dated October 12; there is no October 4 message text. I should note that we have had technical difficulties with muckrock in the past.)

Because the request was sent to my email alone, while I was out of the office, it was not answered until now, the first day I have returned.

A preliminary search of our records has not yielded any records for "John Joseph Lozano" with a date of birth of April 4, 1973. Based on the information available, we have no responsive records. If you have additional information, such as a criminal case number, please submit a new request.
