Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

the "eviction list" compiled by your department between January 2019 and the latest available data. I'm requesting this information in a machine-readable spreadsheet such as Excel or CSV. Fields should include but not limited to the following information:
- file number
- occupants
- address
- restoration date
- status
- court case number
- Indicates type of process served or posted
- Indicates manner of service (personally served or posted and mailed)
- Indicates status of notice (cancelled, unsuccessful-no show, unsuccessful-took peaceful possession, unsuccessful-not found)
- Indicates whether the property is commercial or residential, if possibl

I would like to reiterate that I am seeking all fields containing non-exempt information about the department's eviction notices. That means fields containing the above information, and fields containing any additional information not listed, but that would still be disclosable under the law

After a diligent search, County staff has determined that there are no responsive public records. We suggest you contact the Superior Court of California, San Benito County at 831-636-4057 or https://www.sanbenito.courts.ca.gov/.

 

In the event the County subsequently discovers additional records in its possession that are responsive to your request, the County reserves the right to provide a supplemental response. In any such case, the County reserves the right to assert any applicable exemptions or privileges in regard to the release of records.
