- address
- restoration date
- status
- court case number
- Indicates type of process served or posted
- Indicates manner of service (personally served or posted and mailed)
- Indicates status of notice (cancelled, unsuccessful-no show, unsuccessful-took peaceful possession, unsuccessful-not found)
- Indicates whether the property is commercial or residential, if possibl

I would like to reiterate that I am seeking all fields containing non-exempt information about the department's eviction notices. That means fields containing the above information, and fields containing any additional information not listed, but that would still be disclosable under the law

The requested documents will be made available to the general public. I'm a senior reporter at The Guardian, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Dear, Mr. Rios,

This letter is in response to your Public Records Act request dated 04/25/2022. The Department of Building Permits & Inspection (BPI) has determined that it has no records that you identified in your request.

Building Permits Inspection Department doesn’t handle Eviction list, that normally handle by Code enforcement department.

This concludes BPI’s response and other’s department(s) will follow-up to your Public Records Act request PR22-1971

The Department of Community Development does not hold the records of the documents you seek. I was unable to determine which, if any, county entity holds such records. My only recommendation is to submit your request to the County Sheriff at:
