Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
i) Please provide all complaints against parks and all complaints against residents for the time period and parks noted below.
ii) Please also provide any and all violations issued to parks and any and all violations issued to residents for the time period and parks noted below.
time period (24 months): Jan 1 2019 - Dec 31, 2020.
parks (4): Eleven Oaks (34-0019-MP), Silverado Pines MHP (28-0040-MP), El Nido (24-0056-MP), Stockton Park Village (39-0055-MP)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
