Per Government Code section 6253.1, a public agency shall assist members of the public in making a focused and effective public records act request that reasonably describes an identifiable record or records . Can you specify what you mean by any communication about the purchase of these licenses and also specify the time frame? A reply must be received within five (5) business days of the date this email was sent or your request will be closed and a new request will be required.

You may search for records for the last two years. We are primarily concerned with any communication between your department and the email addresses that are the @clearview.ai domain. We believe those records should capture the communications we have. We have seen these communications in other police departments between the company and bureau of detectives usually. You can begin your search there.
