• A copy of any Formal Complaint(s) received by the Department, against any officer of the Department from any person with the name of Philip Turner between the following dates; 01/01/17 to today's date.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

On 9/26/2022 the City of Round Rock received your request for public records.
The City of Round Rock strictly adheres to the provisions of the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Ch. 552 (formerly, Open Records Act), and the interpretative opinions of the Texas Attorney General and the courts. We have no documents in our records that are responsive to your request meaning no records exist in document form based on the information given. The Texas Public Information Act does not require the City to produce documents that are not in existence.
