Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am trying to get an autopsy report and any pictures from the scene or from my husband body if possible. My husband died on August 13, 2005. He was killed by a drunk driver. His name was Humberto Aguirre and his date of birth was 11/24/1982. Our address back then was 1717 Kelly Lane in Royse City TX. He died in fate but it was under Rockwall County. My name was Maria Aguirre and it is now Maria Lopez. I never had a chance to look at the pictures or autopsy back then because I wasn’t ready but I am ready to view them now.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
