I am seeking response times for calls responded to in the town and village of Caledonia from January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for the reply. I will have to reach out to state legislators to see about changing that, especially when they are a 911 agency responding to calls for public need.
Especially with the agencies such as your self refusing to cooperate and furnish the information, even tho ethically it's the right thing to do.
It's no secret that the response times in Caledonia are longer than should be as a result of the "merger" that happened.
Hopefully its not your family waiting for 30+ minutes on a priority one call, but it is mine.
