UNR police use of force

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- UNRPD reports pertaining to the use of force as outlined in the departments use of force policy (300.5). Please be sure to include any additional documents, such as report forms, as the policy states that: "to collect data for purposes of training, resource allocation, analysis and related purposes, the Department may require the completion of additional report forms, as specified in department policy, procedure or law."

- Any records pertaining to 300.5.1 Notification of Supervisors for any of the reasons listen in the policy guidelines.

I would like the timeframe for this request to be from July 30, 2018 to the date that this request is fulfilled.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
