Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Access to and copies of records for each arrest made by members of the University of Nevada Reno's Police Department for all of 2019, and for March 1, 2020 to January 31, 2020.

- For each arrest, please provide the following information: date; time; address; police beat; incident number; crime code; crime description; arresting officer number; offender gender; offender race; and offender age.

- Access to and copies of records of officers reporting observations of excessive force, as described in section 300.2.1 DUTY TO INTERCEDE, in the UNR police use of force policy, from all of 2010 to whenever this request is complete.

- Access to and copies of the last two analysis report on use of force incidents, done by the Operations Lieutenant, as described in the UNR police use of force policy, 300.9 USE OF FORCE ANALYSIS

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
