Title IX Annual Report

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Any and all records related to the Title IX annual report announced by Brian Sandoval on Oct. 13, 2023 (Reference to the related article: https://www.unr.edu/nevada-today/news/president-messages/2023-10-13-information-and-updates-on-the-office-of-equal-opportunity-and-title-ix )
- Any and all communications regarding the creation and development of the Title IX report
- Spreadsheets or documents on the raw data from the report, provided as a .pdf or .csv file.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
