Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

(1) emails, texts, or written communication between Jeffrey Jacobs, Jacobs Entertainment staff, their subsidiary Reno Real Estate Development LLC staff, Reno Property Manager LLC, and City of Reno staff and officials. No timeline is required since I would like to see all of them, if that is in your power.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Our email and text message search system is keyword driven and requires specifics for us to narrow the scope of your request. This option can reduce the time it takes to receive your final results.

OPTION 2: Receive full copies of all responsive emails without narrowing my records request using the log. Depending on the number of emails discovered by your request, this could extend the delivery date because each email must be reviewed for confidential, proprietary and/or protected information. If an option is not specified at the time of your clarification, we will proceed with OPTION 1.
