Bicycle and micromodal complaints

The City of Reno received the below records request from you on October 24, 2023 for records pursuant to NRS 239.0107.
"To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Legal complaints filed against the City of Reno related to or concerning micromodal transportation infrastructure such as bicycle lanes, bicycle racks, sharrows, bike boxes, bicyclists impacting parking, or sharing lanes with bicycles.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
