Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Electronic mail (email) correspondence with members of the Board of Supervisors with Amazon concerning the proposed construction of data centers in Prince William County, Va. Please include all emails originating from or destined for the Amazon domain (@amazon.com) in fulfilling this request. The subject line or body of emails should address Amazon's plans to acquire land, services, or other considerations of Prince William County Board of Supervisors in pursuit of establishing any data center in Prince William County. The time frame for origination or reception of emails should be limited to the Calendar Year 2018.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
