* Any correspondence, memos, reports, or documents shared between School Board members and the Virginia School Board Association regarding collective bargaining
* Any documents received by the Superintendent or school board members related to participation in the VSBA Collective Bargaining Workshop held in Charlottesville on December 7th, 2021
I am happy to treat these requests as segregable and to receive information or documentation as it becomes available.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I wanted to follow up on the following Virginia Freedom of Information Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Oct. 11, 2021. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.

I am in receipt of your FOIA request below.
Prince George County Public Schools do not participate in collective bargaining. We have received several emails from VSBA advertising training opportunities for our personnel to attend conferences, but our personnel has not registered for these specific conferences relating to collective bargaining since we do not participate. However, during the VSBA Law Conference in June, 2021, Collective Bargaining was a topic of discussion and three of our personnel were in attendance during that meeting.
The cost to continue with a search of emails and correspondence would be approximately $175. Since you have now provided a 10-month range, this estimated total is calculated based on the hourly rates of personnel and the estimated hours required to search, access, duplicate, and supply the responsive records.
Further, in accordance with ยง 2.2-3704(H), before the School Division can commence with the search and retrieval process for the requested records, you will be required to remit a deposit of $175. This amount should be made payable to Prince George County Public Schools and shall be credited toward the final cost of supplying the requested records. If the actual costs exceed the estimate provided above, you will be responsible for paying the balance prior to receiving any records.
The School Division will move forward with searching and producing any records that are responsive to your request under FOIA upon receiving clarification from you regarding the requested records and receipt of the required deposit.
