Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking all license plate detection hits either from an automated license plate reader (ALPR) system or from called-in records requesting plates being run for the following car:

Make: Mercedes Benz
Model: C350
Colour: White
California License Plate #: 6HVA146

Date Range for Search: October 24, 2014 through October 28, 2014

I request that the records include the location where the car was spotted/scanned, the date and time, photographs captured and or any officer notes associated to the scans or call-ins, or any other records associated to the license plate being run at the time.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
