The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Bryan Tor, The City of Pleasanton is in receipt of the Public Records Act requests you made on February 12, 2023, related to the lawsuit filed by Peter McNeff against the City of Pleasanton, and more specifically: Any emails, text messages, reports, memos, or any other written or digital communications sent or received by any employee of your agency between January, 2020 and the date on which this request is processed which include or reference any or all of the following phrases: "Proud Boy, " "Proud Boys, " "The Three Percenters, " "Three Percenters, " "Stop the Steal, " "StopTheSteal.us, " "QAnon, " "Boogaloo, " "Thin Blue Line, " "Blue Lives Matter, " and/or "car caravan."
