The record you requested does not exist or is confidential and not available for public distribution. The city does not produce custom reports in response to public records requests. Distribution lists of employees are protected under privacy interests as solicitation to employees hinders city work and fosters misuse of city resources. Further, police records (including employee records) are maintained exclusively by the Police Department and are not accessible by this system.
