Your request is still pending at this time.

From: Jacob Appelbaum

Hello,

My original request was filed more than two months ago and it is my understanding that it should only take ten days to produce documents or at least to begin a substantial discussion about responsive documents. I've so far only received a single terse sentence that said "Your request is still pending at this time."

Is it possible to receive a substantial update? Could someone share an estimate on when the responsive documents will be ready? Is it possible to know who is handling my request? Normally, I would expect to be sent some sort contact information for the person in charge of requests and I'd like to have some kind of discussion with that person or persons.

Sincerely,
Jacob Appelbaum
