All emails in Greg Scharffs email account dated from January 1st, 2020 to May 17th, 2021 with which contain the following key words, as well as all emails on the email chain which these key terms are used such as that the entire conversation and context is provided by the request.
"Sweep" "Unhoused" "Homeless" "Tent" "Encampment" "Encampment Cleanup" "camp cleanup" "Recreational Vehicle" "RV" "Richardson Bay" "Union Point" "shelterless" "unsheltered" "Eviction" "moratorium" "anchor out"
In addition, include all email communications between Greg Scharff and Deputy Director of Supportive Housing Kathryn Kaminski between the dates of January 1st 2020 and May 17th 2021.
As well the above mentioned, I request emails that to the best of Greg Scharffs memory, he requested an eviction moratorium, attempted to stop an encampment cleanup, or intervened in any way with any law enforcement actions against low income or unhoused communities.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
