Vanessa,
Thank you for your request. I am not certain the information you are requesting is data that the agency has. I will begin researching this issue, though I will be out of the office next week. You can expect some kind of follow up from myself or my colleague the week of November 27. The agency attempts to complete all requests within 30 days.

Re: Public Records Request - Emergency Contraception after Sexual Assault Information (2017-0528)
Dear Ms. Nason,
Your November 17, 2017 public records request for “Hospitals that have been found in violation of the law requiring sexual assault victims to receive emergency contraception upon request” is being processed. As Ms. West advised, OHA normally completes requests within thirty (30) days. If we do not have records available for release on or before December 16, 2017, I will let you know. In the meantime, here is a link for information on how to report hospital noncompliance if a sexual assault victim was not offered EC information or was refused EC in the hospital.
