Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Historical licensing data for all licensed child care providers (active and closed) that were open anytime
from 1/1/19-present:
. Provider name or ID
. Provider address
. Latest license issue date and expiration date
. First license issue date
. Any additional provider data that your agency collects.

If electronic records from before 1/1/19 are available, I'd be happy to collect them as well.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or
CD-ROM if not.

Pursuant to ORS 192.363, your request does not show by clear and convincing evidence that the public interest requires disclosure of the requested information for RF and CF facilities in this particular instance. Therefore, we are only able to share the following information:

* Active RF and CF facilities: Facility name and facility city/state/zip. We do not collect facility owner names for RF facilities. We are able to share the facility owner's name for the CF facilities for which the data exists. Pursuant to ORS 192.355(40)(a), email addresses are exempt from disclosure.

* Active CC facilities: Facility name, facility address, facility phone number, and facility owner's name. Pursuant to ORS 192.355(40)(a), email addresses are exempt from disclosure.

We need more clarification on "Any additional provider data that your agency collects". Please more detail on the information you would like provided.
