ALEC - AGs Request (Office of the Attorney General - Oregon)

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following documents:

- All communications between members of this office and employees or representatives of the American Legislative Exchange Council.
- All communications containing the keywords "ALEC" or "American Legislative Exchange Council".
- Any files or documents attached to the above communications.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am only really interested in emails to/from AG office staff, but in addition to communications to/from @alec.org, I'm also interested in communications that mention the organization (denoted by keywords ALEC or American Legislative Exchange Council).

Does that make sense, or is my description too convoluted? Happy to provide any further clarification.
