To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nebraska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Copies of any and all contracts between (i) HOUCK TRANSIT ADVERTSING and/or any of its affiliates and related parties (including, but not limited to, parent companies, direct and indirect subsidiaries, entities under common control, and entities that it controls) (collectively, “Houck”) and (ii) METRO. Each such contract is referred to herein as a “Contract”;
2. Copies of any and all amendments, change orders, or other modifications made or proposed to each Contract, and all documentation relating to any such actual or proposed amendments, change orders, or other modifications;
3. Copies of all records relating to Houck’s performance of any financial and reporting obligations under the Contract including, but not limited to, records reflecting:
a. MAG and Revenue Share amounts paid by Houck to the METRO pursuant to the Contract;
b. Reporting that states historical sales revenue by Houck for the past four (4) years.

The time period for this request is the execution date of the contract to the present. Estimated time of contract execution: January 2015

If you contend that an exemption applies to any record described in this request, please identify the specific exemption that applies for each such record and produce the record with the exempt portion of the record deleted or excised. We would prefer to receive the responsive records in electronic format, if possible. Records may be sent to the email I provided.

Please let me know when copies of the requested records are available and if there is a charge for providing copies of the requested records. I will make myself available should any questions arise.
