Pursuant to the Nebraska Public Records Statutes (Neb. Rev. Stat. ยง 84-712), I hereby request the following records:

Omaha Public Works did a study of crosswalks across whole city - looking for the raw data of pedestrian counts/dates/hours for all crosswalks in the city.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.

Good afternoon. This email is in response to your request below in regards
to crosswalk counts for the City. The City did perform an analysis of
approximately 200 traffic signals as part of the Traffic Signal System
Phase A. Five of these signals were signalized pedestrian crossings. The
raw count data is attached in the zip file.
