To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Michigan's Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:
All calls for service to the Oakland County Village School. Please include, but do not limit this request to, all calls for service or assistance to the address 1200 N Telegraph Rd, Pontiac, MI 48341. Please include all calls of services from January 1, 2000 through the date this request is processed.
This request is being made in the process of news gathering. The requested documents will be made available to the general public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
