Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

RFP response from current parking violation/ticket processing vendor. Current contract with parking violation/ticket processing vendor, with contract begin and end dates.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Dodd:

We have been advised that the City uses Brazos which has been contracted by
the State of Nevada and they provide all the City's support. In addition,
the citations are then filed with, and processed by the Municipal Court.
The City does not use a vendor to process their traffic/parking citations,
that is done by the Municipal Court.
