2. The total number of civilian complaints sustained in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 (totals separated by year)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In this box, you should provide the same names, dates, times and other information you provided in the individual fields. The individual fields for "date" and "time" allow us to search and retrieve your request if you contact us a question. The information provided in the "describe the records requested" box will be shared with the city department(s) and staff member(s) that will search for your records, so please be as specific as possible.
Please do not upload attachments to your request and then say "see attached" in the description box. Some attachments are not searchable. We can only track your request if you fill out the form.
Providing us with thorough and specific information will help ensure that we can respond accurately to your request.
