Dear Beryl Lipton
Please clarify your recent request to the Mayor's Office of Contract Services regarding the provision of water and water services within the jurisdiction of the agency. What sort of goods/services are you looking for when you say water and water services? What do you mean by "within the jurisdiction of this agency"? Are you looking for records related to services/goods this agency provides or that this agency purchases?
Thank you in advance,
Anne Meredith

Hello Ms. Meredith,
Thank you so much for your help, and I hope you'll excuse my tardiness in getting back to you. I'm primarily interested in any parts of the municipal water system than may now be the primary responsibility of a non-public entity. I understand New York City utilizes a complex and thoughtful water system, so it may be that there are no segments that have been contracted out by the City, but I hope, if there are, to receive those agreements. I'm happy to try to provide more clarification.
Thanks so much for your help, and I hope you have a lovely weekend.
Best wishes,
Beryl
