To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

A CSV export of your agency's Global Address List (see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/Exchange/email-addresses-and-address-books/address-lists/address-lists for more info on GALs) including the following parameters for each email address:

- Primary SMTP Address
- Recepient Type Details
- Date Created
- Date Last Modified

A simple way to retrieve this is by having a member of IT (such as a System Administrator) run the following command in Exchange Online PowerShell:

Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | Where {$_.HiddenFromAddressListsEnabled -eq $True} | Select Name,PrimarySmtpAddress,RecipientTypeDetails,WhenCreated,WhenChanged | Export-CSV -Path .\UsersHiddenFromGAL_$((Get-Date).ToString('MM-dd-yyyy_hh-mm-ss')).csv

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
