Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

A spreadsheet regarding all homeless encampment sweeps including but not limited to; all dates, times and locations, borough, and agency involved in the clean up dating from Jan. 1 2022 through April 11, 2022.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Ms. Hogan,

I write in response to your follow up below, following up on what appears to be a duplicative request, submitted April 12, 2022 but essentially identical to 22-153 which you submitted on April 11, 2022.

Please be advised that although your email was treated as duplicative, with our acknowledgement in response to one also covering the other, if these were in fact to separate requests please clarify the difference, and your April 12 request can be treated as a new request just received, and can then be expedited as appropriate.

However, concerning uploading documents directly (rather than providing them via email), please be advised that aren't required to do so under FOIL, and generally don't provide records in that fashion.
