The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am writing in response to your request below dated today, January 26, 2023, pursuant to the N.Y. Freedom of Information Law ("FOIL") (N.Y. Public Officers Law §§ 84-90).

Please note that I serve as the Records Access Officer for The City College of New York ("City College"), which is one of the constituent colleges of the City University of New York ("CUNY"). For purposes of FOIL, each CUNY college is a separate "agency," as is the Central Office of CUNY itself.

Your request by its terms relates to correspondence between Jennifer Raab, the President of Hunter College; and Felix Matos Rodriguez, the Chancellor of CUNY. Hunter College is a separate constituent college of CUNY, and is not part of City College. As such, City College is not in possession of any records that are responsive to your request.
