Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

COPIES OF ALL TEST AND TRACING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SUBMITTED BY ORGANIZATIONS THAT WERE SELECTED AND THAT WERE AWARDED $7.8 MILLION BY THE NEW YORK CITY HEALTH AND HOSPITALS CORPORATION AND THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR AND THE TESTING AND TRACING CORPS WITH NOTICE IN PRESS RELEASE DATED 7/27/2020.
WE WOULD ALSO LIKE TO RECEIVE ALL TEST AND TRACING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SUBMITTED BY ORGANIZATIONS THAT WERE NOT SELECTED AND THAT WERE NOT AWARDED $7.8 MILLION BY THE NEW YORK CITY HEALTH AND HOSPITALS CORPORATION AND THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR.
WE WOULD ALSO LIKE TO RECEIVE COPIES OF WRITTEN NOTICES SENT TO AWARDEES THAT RECEIVED FUNDING AND COPIES OF NOTICES SENT TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT DID NOT RECEIVE FUNDING EITHER BEFORE AFTER THE COMPETITION AND SELECTIONS WERE MADE.
WE WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A COPY OF THE SCORING RUBRIC THAT WAS USED TO EVALUATE THE TEST AND TRACING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SUBMITTED BY ORGANIZATIONS SEEKING FUNDING
WE WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A LISTING OF SCORES TALLIED FOR ALL APPLICANTS THAT SUBMITTED TEST AND TRACING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ALONG WITH A RATIONALE FOR SETTING THE WINNING SCORES.
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE NAMES AND TITLES AND CREDENTIALS OF THE EVALUATIONS WHO REVIEWED AND SELECTED TO AWARDEES OF THE FUNDS.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
