Please be advised that I serve as the Records Access Officer for The City College of New York ("City College"), which is one of the constituent colleges of The City University of New York ("CUNY"). Under FOIL, each individual CUNY college, including City College, is considered a separate "agency," as is the CUNY Central Office.
City College does not have access to and is not in possession of any emails or text messages between Jennifer Raab and Hector Batista, as neither is a City College employee, and therefore we are not in possession of any records responsive to your FOIL request.
