I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on March 23, 2016. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.

Conor: The Records you are seeking on on our Website, fully public for anyone to look at and at no cost to you.
Even though I already sent you a response, I will repeat it again to help you find what you are seeking.
In my prior response I noted that the record you are seeking is publicly post on the CUNY website.
To access it, go to website, CUNY.EDU, and click on "Trustees" in "Quick Links" on the lower left of site. Once on the Trustee page, click on "Meetings of the Board" and look under "Meeting Archives". You will see a entry called "Board Meeting Minutes" which you should click on and you will find the minutes you are seeking and in fact all minutes of the Board since 1968.
This is my response to your foil request.
