To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

We would like all PDF and HTML tax documents currently hosted on the NYCProperty portal (http://nycprop.nyc.gov/nycproperty/nynav/jsp/stmtassesslst.jsp). This would be for all BBLs in New York, including quarterly property tax bills, quarterly statement of account, notice of property value, account history, final assessment roll, tentative assessment roll, and market value history from 2005 or as early as possible to the present. While these documents are online, they can only be accessed one at a time. We would like all of them, and can provide DVD, thumb drive, or any other media necessary to obtain digital versions.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

John Krauss
