Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

1)All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video (i.e., Google Meet/Hangouts, Zoom, etc.) between the New York Yankees and your department (NYS DEC) regarding air quality in New York.
2) All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video between the Brooklyn Cyclones, Syracuse Mets, and/or New York Mets and your department (NYS DEC) regarding air quality in New York.
3) All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video, between Major League Baseball (MLB) and your department (NYS DEC) regarding air quality in New York.
4) All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video, between the Major League Baseball Player's Association (MLBPA) and your department (NYS DEC) regarding air quality in New York.
5) All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video, between the New York Liberty and your department (NYS DEC) regarding air quality in New York
6) All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video, between the WNBA and your department (NYS DEC) regarding air quality in New York
