Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide any and all documents related to decisions to remove voters from the 2018 voter rolls produced on or after January 1, 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Joyce:
The New York State Board of Elections has received your request for access to public documents, more specifically, "...any and all documents related to decisions to remove voters from the 2018 voter rolls produced on or after January 1, 2018."
We have conducted a diligent search of our records and found none that would be responsive to your request. County Boards of Elections are the only entity allowed to add, change, cancel or remove voter registration records pursuant to Election Law Section 5-614(4). Any supporting documents that a County Board relied on would be in their custody.
