From: Sam Mellins

Hello,

Thanks for sending this request for clarification. I am looking for a document most likely produced under the aegis of the division of materials management, as the 2010 solid waste plan was. I am looking to obtain the most recent document detailing the New York DEC's future planning for solid waste management, including goals, projections into the future, and strategies for minimizing the environmental impact of the waste that New York State produces.

I don't know the name of the document, or the date that it was published/completed, as I don't currently have the document in my possession.

Thanks,
Sam
