Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

The payroll time slips and overtime authorizations for the past year, for the following Long Island Rail Road employees:

Joseph J. Biondo, Joseph M. Ruzzo, Raymond A. Murphy, John F. Dunne, John E. Nugent, Ralph K. Golden, Anthony Brescia, Dallas Bazemore, Kevin T. Webb, and Gregory A. Wood.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Pursuant to the above referenced FOIL request, please be advised that the documents you have requested in your Freedom of Information Law request are exempt from disclosure pursuant to New York Public Officers Law ยง87(2)(e)(i), an agency may withhold records that "are compiled for law enforcement purposes and which, if disclosed, would interfere with law enforcement investigations or judicial proceedings." In accordance with this provision, your request for records is denied at this time.
