Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

The State of New York entered in the Group 2070 statewide contract no. PC69955 with West Publishing Corporation, dba West, a Thomson Reuters business, providing state and local jurisdictions with the use and access to a variety of databases developed by West.

I am seeking any documents, reports, communications, lists, logs or datasets showing the names of state and local law enforcement agencies that have accessed services through the CLEAR investigations components of the Group 2070 statewide contract no. PC69955 with West Publishing Corporation and those law enforcement agencies that can use those components.

I would be pleased to speak with a representative from your office if there is any uncertainty about this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
