Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am writing to submit a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to obtain documents related to the murder investigation of Tony and Delores Harris, 15-year-old Shelby, and 11-year-old Marc, which occurred on December 22, 1989, in Danby, NY. The murder investigation was conducted jointly by the New York State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

I kindly request the disclosure of the following information and records, including but not limited to:

Autopsy reports for Tony and Delores Harris, Shelby, and Marc.
Investigation records, including case files, incident reports, and evidence logs.
Audio recordings related to the investigation, such as 911 calls, police radio transmissions, and interviews.
Emails exchanged between investigators, law enforcement agencies, and relevant parties during the course of the investigation.
Phone logs and transcripts pertaining to communication between individuals involved in the case.
Interview records, including transcripts, summaries, and notes from interviews conducted with witnesses, suspects, and persons of interest.
DNA reports and analysis results related to the crime scene and evidence collected.
Letters, correspondences, and written communications associated with the investigation.
Photographs, both digital and hard copies, depicting the crime scene, victims, suspects, and evidence.
Notes, memoranda, and internal communications related to the investigation, including inter-agency communications.
Furthermore, I request that the scope of this FOIA request includes any information and records specifically related to the main suspect, Michael Anthony Kinge, also known as Anthony Turner, born on September 10, 1956, and deceased on February 7, 1990

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
