Hi—while I would love to provide more information about the contract, that is literally all that I am able to discern about it from the state comptroller's Open NY website. Is the vendor, time frame, and max value really not sufficient to identify it?

I can't identify it as a remediation-related contract based on the information given. I will refer it to the NYSDEC Division of Management and Budget to see if they can locate it.
