Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (Public Officers Law §§ 84-90), I hereby request access to and copies of the unedited video footage of the Cannabis Control Board meeting held on September 12, 2023, including the entire public comment section.

I understand that the video was initially posted on YouTube with the public comment section removed. I request that the entire unedited video, inclusive of all public comments, be made available for public scrutiny in compliance with New York State's open meeting law.

If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
