- A log of, or records that reflect, all Freedom of Information Law requests submitted to the district since January 1, 2016 or as far back as such records are kept.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This email responds to your August 5, 2022 FOIL request for "A log of, or records that reflect, all Freedom of Information Law requests submitted to the district since January 1, 2016 or as far back as such records are kept." Attached are the documents within the BOCES possession that are responsive to your request. Please use "extract all" feature to access documents.
Records were not disclosed, in whole or in part, which are not subject to disclosure under Public Officers Law ยง 87(2) because they are legally prohibited from disclosure and/or would constitute an unwarranted invasion of privacy if disclosed. Specifically, any home addresses, personal phone numbers, and personal email addresses have been redacted.
You may appeal the denial of access of records under FOIL to the Superintendent by delivering a written letter of appeal with a copy of your original request and this letter to District Superintendent, Anita M. Murphy, within thirty (30) days.
