Any and all communications sent to OCM from NYS independent testing labs regarding failed cannabis testing specific to licensed CAUCs from the time period July 1, 2022 through Feb. 16, 2023. For example, a communication alerting OCM that "Cultivator JOHN DOE FARMS LLC failed its second full-panel test."

If this information is available in an electronic database, I would prefer it delivered that way.

Please note that owner names, addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information has already been made public through the NYS Department of Agriculture Industrial Hemp Research Pilot Program, and as such, I would ask that you do not take extra time to redact that information.
