I am unable to view information submitted via links but based on your previous email it appears that you are requesting case information pertaining to U.S. Bank v. Campbell, 202 A.D.3d 1137, 163 N.Y.S.3d 247 (N.Y. App. Div. 2022). If you made a previous request using a FOIL Request Form or by email to foil@nycourts.gov<mailto:foil@nycourts.gov>, that unit is responsible for handling Administrative Record and Report<https://ww2.nycourts.gov/foil/AdministrativeRecords.shtml> requests. Court records is not governed by FOIL (Public Officers Law, 86), but by section 255 of the Judiciary Law, which is directed to the responsibilities of a clerk of a court.

Rather, access to court records is governed by section 255 of the Judiciary Law, and the custodian of court records typically is the clerk of the court or county clerk where the proceedings were handled. You should direct a section 255 request to the clerk where such case was handled. The request should identify the specific records sought, to permit the clerk to conduct a search, determine what responsive records exist, and assess the search, copy, and certification fees, consistent with CPLR Article 80.
