Date of birth: 09/10/1967
This arrest occurred at the University at Buffalo Alumni Hall.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This FOIL request is denied per Public Officers Law, Article 6 §87(2)(a), which allows agencies to withhold records that "are specifically exempted from disclosure by state or federal statute." In this case, records are exempt pursuant to §160.50 of the Criminal Procedure Law.
